In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete history of all your support requests.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket or go through our 'MoSMB Documentation', 'Featured Questions' & 'Knowledge Base'. To request access to the Support Portal, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your official email address. Once your account is created and you sign-in the first time, an activation request will be sent to you (the request may go to inbox or spam mail. If it is in spam, please mark this email id as not spam). You need to activate your email address using the link in the email.
You can also send your support requests and queries to email@example.com.
